Complex Number Theory & Basic Concepts very Lucidly Explained…
Complex Number: A number of the form a+ib, is called complex number, where a & b are real numbers and i is square root of minus one(i.e i=√-1) is called imaginary unit. A complex number is generally denoted by z .
Thus, if z=a+ib, be a complex number, then
a is called real part of z & is denoted by Re(z) and b is called imaginary part of z & is denoted by Im(z).
